A qualified builder, engineer and one of the few Certified Management Consultants specialising in the construction sector, Philip has over 20 years experience in contract negotiation, scheme development, design & construction and building materials sourcing and supply to major projects in UK and Australia.  Philip also holds an MBA(Exec) from the Australian Graduate School of Management, Australasia's premiere business school. Philip is Principal of Building Knowledge, a consultancy specialising in contract development, project assessment, market research & benchmarking and performance optimisation with civil & building contractors, engineers, developers, suppliers, government bodies and legal firms.

Professor Kerry London
Dr Kerry London is Chair in Construction Management at Deakin University. Dr London graduate from University of Newcastle with Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1987 and became a registered architect in 1990. She completed a Masters of Building at University of Newcastle in 1997 and worked on the first ARC Linkage awarded to a Construction Management department in Australia at Newcastle. She worked in the collaborative Built Environment Research Performance Group.  She received her PhD from University of Melbourne. She was employed as a Project Manager in government on capital works projects and also then as a Senior Policy Manager in relation to Strategic Asset Management and Construction Industry policy development.

Niall McSweeney Bsc, Dip Con Econ, MCIOB
Niall has over 20 years’ construction industry experience.  His career commenced in Ireland, where he worked for contractors on major projects in Ireland and the UK.As a Senior Director of Altus Page Kirkland, an international, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, Niall manages all aspects of the Cost Management process for the company’s Australian operations.  Now, as a part of Altus Group, a major international consultancy, the global network includes approximately 1,600 staff in offices throughout Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, Thailand, UAE, UK, USA and Vietnam.
