Chris is in project development for an established QLD construction company, J.Hutchinson. In the UK and prior to immigrating to Australia in 1999, Chris accumulated a wealth of construction experience in the last 27 years within the industry and operated a partnership in a construction company, together with a subsidiary management consultancy company primarily involved in project management services. Now with a multi skilled approach he is involved in all aspects from the initial concept of development to the complete co ordination, together with contractual experience matters.

A qualified builder, engineer and one of the few Certified Management Consultants specialising in the construction sector, Philip has over 20 years experience in contract negotiation, scheme development, design & construction and building materials sourcing and supply to major projects in UK and Australia. Philip also holds a MBA(Exec) from the Australian Graduate School of Management, Australasia's premiere business school.Philip is Principal of Building Knowledge, a consultancy specialising in contract development, project assessment, market research & benchmarking and performance optimisation with civil & building contractors, engineers, developers, suppliers, government bodies and legal firms.

Mark Colborn MSc MCIOB
Mark has been involved in the construction industry since commencing as an apprentice joiner in 1978. Prior to moving to New Zealand in 1999 he spent 11 years with National House Building Council in the UK. In New Zealand he has worked in procurement positions for Fletcher Building, Tower and Telecom. At present he is working for Auckland City Council's construction procurement department.

Efy has completed a degree in Construction Management at the RMIT and has worked for a number of Melbourne’s leading builders in the last 18 years. She has extensive experience in commercial and residential projects and has been the Claims Manager for the Builders Warranty Program at VMIA (formerly the Housing Guarantee Fund Ltd) for the last eight years and is responsible for the management and administration of the Victorian Government’s Assistance Package. Efy is also a Board Member of the Architects Registration Board of Victoria and a member of various professional organisations including the AIB (Australian Institute of Building) of which she is the Vice President of the Victorian Chapter. Since 2006 Efy has been on the judging panel for the Master Builders Association of Victoria’s annual "Excellence In Housing Awards".
