IBS are also keen members of the Master Builders Association (MBA) & Housing Industry Association (HIA) and fully support their policies and procedures.

In establishing Intelligent Building Solutions in the market place, we knew that not every construction and maintenance company are the same and not every building company lives up to the expectations of its clients.

We sought to identify the key elements needed to succeed in a demanding industry and adopted a strategy where we identified our strengths, our resource links in building, design and project management.

The depth of building design, maintenance and construction capability is significant indeed, we deliberately sought and brought the best possible people with experience, drive and capability to create a genuine competitive force in the industry.

The team has a wealth of 45 years combined reputable experience in countless construction disciplines, these consist of; maintenance/refurbishment to new build in all areas of the construction industry this being Residential, Government, Commercial and Industrial projects.

With a proven track record of delivering premium service projects for our clients on time and on budget, has resulted in us  becoming the builder of choice, with repeat and referral works, in all areas of the construction arena.
