22 March Briefing Session on Resolving Construction Disputes - Introduction to the DRA System: The Development Bureau of the HKSARG would adopt a wider use of Dispute Resolution Advisors (DRA) in public works contracts. The speakers, Ir Gary K L Soo, Secretary-General of HKIAC and Mr C K Ho, a Serving DRA, will give an introduction to the DRA process and share experience on the roles/ functions of DRAs.
