This seminar will examine the strategies that can be adopted by construction organisations when promoting value alignment amongst their key managerial employees.
Interventions for inducing behavioural change in line with organisational values will be presented which have been shown to enhance organizational preparedness, agility and reliability in a way which retains key knowledge workers.
Come and hear Prof. Andrew Dainty, Professor of Construction Sociology, present findings and recommendations derived from a multi award-winning programme of research conducted in the UK. He will use case study examples to illustrate how values and behaviours can be used as the basis of an integrated human resource management tool.Tuesday 8th April 2008
