CIOB Australasia and RiskTools are proud to present a workshop of practical processes and proven methodologies for CIOB members.The course follows on from the popular presentation “Risk management: Is it adding value to your business?”

This one-day workshop will provide participants with practical processes for the successful management of risk. These processes have been honed through the real application of ‘what works’. The workshop-style format will enable a small group of participants to apply proven processes to real life examples from their own organisations.

Who should attend?

• Managers with responsibility for the management of risk
• Members of project teams requiring further development in the area of risk management
• Specialist practitioners (such as audit, compliance, OH&S and environment specialists)
• Frontline supervisors and managers seeking knowledge in the fundamentals of risk management

The cost of the workshop is $695 for CIOB members and $795 for non-members.

The registration fee includes lunch, morning and afternoon tea, as well as specialist software for use during the workshop.

A 10% discount applies to bookings of more than one participant from the same organisation to encourage a team approach to risk management activities.

Numbers are limited to maximise workshop outcomes, so please book early! If bookings exceed the participant cap, we will run a subsequent workshop rather than compromise workshop outcomes.
