Best Value in Construction – What does this mean to the client and to the building contractor?

The New Zealand Government recognises the importance of obtaining value for money; for example, Section 25 of the Land Transport Management Act 2003, this states that procurement procedures must be designed to obtain best value for money.

Come and hear Peter Gomm, Amanda Warren and Tim Lott present their overview of what is considered to be best practice in relation to obtaining best value and join in on an interesting panel discussion
