Climate Change Management and Complex Project Management
Nic Delaye and Vernon Ireland will provide an overview of the relevance of climate change to businesses. The presentation will provide a brief background of climate change, an overview of mandatory greenhouse gas reporting requirements and the proposed design of the Australian emissions trading scheme. The presentation will also explore what practical issues businesses should be starting to examine now. The relevance of complex project management to climate change will be explored.
