RICS Expert Witness Roadshow - SYDNEY

Expert witnesses play a crucial role in property and construction disputes which are often decided on expert evidence. The coming months are likely to bring in an increase in disputes and a growing need for experts who can deliver reports which are effective in putting a case forward.

RICS Oceania announces the introduction of the RICS Expert Witness Registration Scheme for Oceania including the release of the ‘RICS Oceania - Surveyors Acting as Expert Witnesses Practice Statement and Guidance Notes’.

RICS aims to compile a panel of RICS experts across all specialist areas. This training course is primarily aimed at RICS members who wish to apply to be included on the RICS EWRS, however non RICS members who practice in this field are encouraged to attend.
