CIOB Australasia Regional Council is pleased to announce outcomes from the recent CIOB Australasia President Election ballot.

Two of our three current Vice Presidents, Philip Sanders and Kerry London, elected to stand for the position of incoming Regional President.

Following issue of each candidate’s manifesto and ballot paper to regional corporate members, postal votes were received and counting was conducted and witnessed by current President, Varoujan Bedrossian and current Vice President, Niall McSweeney.

Philip Sanders received 34% of the vote

Kerry London received 66% of the vote.

Dr London has officially accepted the 2 year term of office (2011-13) and was presented with the Regional President’s Chain of Office at the Regional AGM, held in Sydney on the 26 May 2011.
